About us

Due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control it is with great regret that we have to cancel this year’s inaugural music festival. We sincerely apologise for the need to do this, but the present Covid restrictions mean that we are unable to deliver the event in compliance of the control measures required and provide a fun event for you the guest.

All those who have already purchased tickets will be contacted separately and offered a refund.

Again apologies, but here’s to planning for a new event in 2022.

Lemsford Fete Committee

Lemsford Fete 2021

First the bad news, with the ongoing public health advice about large scale public gatherings and the constraints required to ensure sensible social distancing, the Fete Committee have again had to take the tough decision to cancel this event for the second year running. We are therefore now planning our next fete for the 2nd May 2022 and we sincerely hope to see you then.

Now the good news. If you can’t wait that long to have some fun and entertainment let us introduce LemFest 2021. Instead of the fete this year the Fete Committee are running a music festival in the grounds of St John’s School, Lemsford on the afternoon of the 10th July 2021 (1pm to 7pm).

We have a range of local musicians/performers lined up to entertain you across the afternoon. We will also be running a licenced bar and BBQ for refreshments. So hopefully creating a chance for you to join family and friends in a safe environment to have some fun.

Entrance will be available by pre purchased tickets only (no ticket sales on the day). This is so we can control numbers on the site and maintain suitable social distancing needs to conform with the Public Health requirements likely to be in place at the time of the Festival event.

Tickets are available at £10 for adults and £5 for U16’s and can be purchased by application to:

Book early to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited.

I hope we can see you at LemFest, but if not then I hope we can welcome you back to Lemsford Fete on the 2nd May 2022.

Stay safe
